Your gut holdsthe answers.

Chronic symptoms often begin in the gut, long before a diagnosis. This at home test gives us a detailed look at your own microbiome.

Stop guessing what’s going on inside your body.

Why your gut

It’s not just about digestion.

“To have a diverse microbiome is setting yourself up for a really healthy, robust immune system.”
“Pomegranate feeds a really important bacteria that has everything to do with blood sugar control and weight management. And when I do these microbiome tests, I can see that people don’t have it.”

What we look at

Far beyond a food sensitivity panel.

Using BiomeFx or Tiny Health, we look at the specific bacteria in your stool to measure your gut’s diversity, strength, and function.

  • OnePathogens and overgrowths

Yeast, parasites, or bad bacteria that may be disrupting your gut health.

  • TwoBeneficial bacteria

The good microbes that support digestion, immunity, and balance, and which ones are missing.

  • ThreeDigestion

How well your body is breaking down and absorbing nutrients.

  • FourShort chain fatty acids

What good bacteria make to calm inflammation, support immunity, and keep the gut lining strong.

  • FiveInflammation and toxicity

Signs of irritation or buildup that may be stressing your gut and immune system.

  • SixLeaky gut signs

Whether your gut lining may be letting things through that trigger a low level immune response.

Who it’s for

Your gut may be talking, even without gut symptoms.

An imbalanced microbiome can show up as fatigue, anxiety, skin trouble, or inflammation. If you’re ready to move past guesswork and understand what’s driving your symptoms, this test gives us real answers.

  • Chronic bloating, gas, or constipationYour gut on a different schedule every day.
  • Brain fog, fatigue, or skin issuesSymptoms that seem unrelated to your gut.
  • Suspected leaky gut or inflammationSomething feels off and keeps coming back.
  • Autoimmune or inflammatory conditionsLooking for what keeps setting it off.

A client story

A result that surprised us.

She was doing everything right. Eating clean, moving every day, getting outside, red light therapy. But in her 60s she still couldn’t sleep, and the hot flashes wouldn’t quit. She had never looked at her gut, so we ran a stool microbiome test. It showed high histamine. When gut microbes make a lot of histamine, it can reach the brain, disturb temperature control and keep you wired at night.

That changed what we focused on. Some genuinely healthy foods, like kombucha and bone broth, are high in histamine, and leftovers build more of it every day they sit in the fridge. So she set those aside, froze food right away, and we used targeted supplements while we worked on healing her gut. Histamine takes time, but it changed her whole path.

Good questions

About the stool test.

Ask me anything at (360) 448‑9603.

What is dysbiosis?

An imbalance of good and bad bacteria in the gut. Over time it can lead to intestinal permeability, or leaky gut, which can trigger a low level immune response that keeps going. This is often the case with any sort of chronic disease.

Do I need to go to a clinic?

No. Both kits I use, BiomeFx and Tiny Health, are done at home and arrive with clear instructions. I order yours for you, so the results come to someone who knows what to do with them.

What happens with my results?

We walk through them together, then you get a personalized plan to restore your microbiome, reduce inflammation, and support long term gut healing.

Is the test part of the 8 Week Food Adventure?

Labs are not included in the program. If we meet one on one and a stool microbiome test looks like a good idea, I point you in that direction.
